Welcome to ARIF WEB IT. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, web development, and design services (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging our Services, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services or website.

ARIF WEB IT provides web development and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• WordPress and WooCommerce development
• Laravel-based web application development
• UI/UX design and frontend development
• Web-based tools, dashboards, and online course platforms
• Website maintenance, optimization, and support

The exact scope of any project will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, or agreement provided to the client before work begins.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized business representative, and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

All projects begin with a defined scope of work, agreed upon by both parties in writing (email, contract, or invoice). Any request outside this scope may be treated as additional work and billed separately.

Clients are expected to provide necessary content (text, images, branding assets, credentials) in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

• Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or in agreed milestones.
• All prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon at the time of the proposal and are subject to change for future projects.
• Final files, source code, or live deployment will only be released after full payment has been received.
• Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until dues are cleared.

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start of the project. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

Delivery is considered complete once the client approves the final output or the agreed deployment/handover has taken place.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work (excluding third-party assets, licensed plugins, themes, or stock content) is transferred to the client.

ARIF WEB IT retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, code snippets, or design systems developed by ARIF WEB IT prior to the project remain the intellectual property of ARIF WEB IT.

• Providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback
• Ensuring content provided does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Maintaining valid hosting, domain, and any third-party service subscriptions unless otherwise agreed
• Keeping login credentials for hosting/CMS platforms secure

Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms, plugins, themes, or hosting providers (such as WordPress plugins, payment gateways, or hosting panels). ARIF WEB IT is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these third-party providers.

We offer a limited post-delivery support period (as specified in the project agreement) to fix any bugs directly related to our development work. This does not cover:

• Issues caused by third-party plugin/theme updates
• Changes made by the client or another developer after handover
• New feature requests or design changes

Extended support and maintenance can be arranged through a separate service agreement.

ARIF WEB IT strives to deliver high-quality, functional websites and tools. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our Services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date, and any advance payment for undelivered work will be handled according to the original agreement.

Any personal or business information shared with ARIF WEB IT during a project will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services, unless otherwise required by law.

ARIF WEB IT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
